Coconut and goji berry bliss balls – raw, gluten free, vegan, dairy free

(makes 9-12 bliss balls)

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup almond meal (or hazelnut meal)

- 1/2 cup almonds

- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

- 1/4 cup goji berries

- liquid sweetener

- optional couple tbsp chia seeds

Directions Combine all ingredients in your food processor. Process until mixture starts to clump together. Add more liquid sweetener as needed. Form into energy bites (can make as little or as big as you would like).
