  •  1 medium (2-3/4" dia) Granny Smith Apples
  •  1/2 tsp, ground Cardamom
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Madhava Coconut Sugar
  •  1/4 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's Cayenne Pepper
  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 oz) Nuts Online Almond Flour
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
  •  0.8 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Meijer Sliced Almonds
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Kroger Unsweetened Coconut Flake
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Nectar
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Pampered Chef Coarse Sea & Himalayan Salt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Evergreen Coconut Milk
  •  0.1 serving (serving = 3/4 cup) Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt

Filling:
Four Gala or Granny Smith Apples, peeled and diced
1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Crisp Topping:
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 tbsp Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Ground Flax Seed Handful of Walnut (ground)
1/4 cup Sliced
1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut
1 tbsp Coconut Nectar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt

Mix each group of ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350F. Toss together ingredients in separate bowls. Rub four 8oz. ramekins with coconut oil and evenly distribute the mixture to the four ramekins. Top with crisp topping mixture. Bake for 45-60 minutes until apples are soft and topping is golden brown.

Serve with "Coconut-Cinnamon Crema" Ingredients: 3 tbsp Coconut Milk 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt 1 tsp Cinnamon Drop of Coconut Nectar Whisk all ingredients together. Serves 4 Ta-Da & enjoy!
