Coconutty Mango Egg White Oats

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1/3 cup oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup egg whites
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped mango

Directions:
Bring coconut water, oats, and chia seeds to a boil. Once there is almost no water left add in egg whites and mix vigorously until the eggs are completely cooked through and blended in.

Top with mango and coconut flakes!
