5 scoops Cellucor Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough whey protein
1 1/4 c Light Vanilla Almond Milk
6 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
4 cups Traditional Oats
1/4 cup Cookie Nookie peanut butter
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Freeze for an hour. I keep them in the freezer and then take one out to thaw a few minutes before eating it.
