Easy Low Fat Biscuit Recipe. Very little ingredients.

² Ingredients

  •  9 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
  •  490 g Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat)
  •  2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  2 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Costco All Purpose Vegetable Seasoning
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) Food Club Large Egg
   

q Directions

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups Bisquick dry mix (Equals 120 g)
490g 1% Fat Cottage Cheese
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 large egg
2 tsp baking powder
Chopped scallions (Optional)

1. Sift / Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Slowly add in Cottage cheese. Mix until sticky doughy texture. Add scallions (optional)
3. Separate into 8 portions (approx. 110g raw dough form)
4. Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 18 mins
