² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hidden Valley Light Ranch Salad Dressing
  •  1 tsp Sea Salt
  •  1 tbsp, leaves Basil (Dried)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Trader Joe's Crushed Garlic
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Polly-O Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
  •  1/2 cup Egg White
  •  1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Quinoa

Directions: Bring quinoa and water to boil, reduce to medium heat and add in ranch dressing powder, salt, and garlic; cook until most water is gone. When most liquid is gone, add in egg whites and stir constantly for about 3 minutes. Take off heat and add ricotta cheese, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!
