Arnold's Flax and Fiber Sandwich thin filled with Cucumbers, Onions, Curried Lentils, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, and Baby Spinach.

² Ingredients

  •  10 baby leaf Baby Spinach
  •  1.25 serving (serving = 2/3 tbsp) Fresh & Easy Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 cup) Amy's Kitchen Indian Dal Curried Lentil Soup
  •  2 slice, thin Onions
  •  5 slice Cucumber (Peeled)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 roll) Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Flax & Fiber Sandwich Thins
   

q Directions

Toast Arnold sandwich thin.

While it is toasting prepare the onion and cucumber, set aside the cheese and the spinach.

In a small bowl heat the lentils in the microwave until heated throughout.

Finally, layer the cucumber, onion, lentils, cheese, and spinach on the bottom of the sandwich thin in that order and place the other piece on top.
