As I was eating this, the only name I could think of was, dank ass cinnamon mugcake...i don't know, it was just sooooo good! This is so moist and creamy and delicious. This has become a staple breakfast for me! I also love how versatile it is. It can be made dairy free if necessary by using pumpkin puree instead of greek yogurt and it is also gluten free!

First mix all of your dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and stir! Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, top with your favorites and enjoy!

I feel like cup of water was inaccurate and I should've gone with that intuition... because I'm stuck with a liquidy mess now. Looks like it would have been good, though!
