Mmmmm, egg and cheese!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
  •  1 cup Cottage Cheese (Lowfat, 1% Milkfat, No Sodium)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos Chunky Salsa
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Pace Chunky Salsa
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tortilla) President's Choice PC Blue Menu Whole Wheat Tortillas
   

q Directions

1. Dice up the jalapeno and mix it in a bowl with 2 eggs.

2. Cook the egg/jalapeno mix then put it on the tortilla. Add cheese.

3. Fold in half and put in conventional oven on toast to melt the cheese and get the tortilla nice and crispy. Dip in salsa and eat!
