Falooda for post workout I know sound impossible but with a little twist we can enjoy it. The taste is just like a creamy vanilla ice cream and the light green color of it came from wheat grass. Plus topped with basil seeds (Sabja or Tukmaria)
In a food processor or vitamix blend the banana with the protein powder, vanilla and 1 tablespoon almond milk. Then divide it in two part and add wheat grass to half of it.
Mix water (or Coconut water) with basil seeds or chia seeds. And keep it for ten minutes before use. The seeds will expand and will be like a gelatinous paste. For extra taste use coconut water.
for the base blend some berries, it will become a puree.
