² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  •  1/2 small Zucchini
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Lawry's Lemon Pepper
  •  1 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 3 1/2 pieces) Wilson Produce Sweet Mini Peppers
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 oz) Archer Farms Ham Steak
  •  2 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
   

q Directions

-Cut up veggies into small pieces
-Mix egg whites and egg in a small bowl with seasonings
-Heat up a fry pan on medium heat and spray with cooking spray
-Add cut up ham steak, garlic and veggies
-Cook until golden
-Take everything out of pan
-Add egg mixture and let cook
-Add the cheese when the egg is semi solid and then add the veggies and ham
-Flip omelet
-Enjoy
