Now you can make your donuts and eat them too. in less than 10 minutes! The base donut recipe is vegan so you can fill/top these donuts with whatever you like to fit your personal needs.

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, mashed Cooked Pumpkin (from Canned)
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  •  1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 bar) Amber Lyn Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) So Delicious Cultured Coconut Milk - Plain
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

q Directions

5 minute chocolate eclair donuts - makes 2

- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée or vegan yogurt (I used unsweetened cultured coconut milk)
- 1 tsp double acting baking powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

- 1 scoop @pescience Snickerdoodle protein
- 1/2 cup cultured coconut milk (or plain greek yogurt)

- @Nikkiscoconutbutter in chocolate fudge flavor (or melted chocolate or baking cocoa + coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp melted white chocolate

Combine ingredients to make donuts. Use your hands to fully incorporate the ingredients and mix well until a dough forms. Form into 2 long eclair shapes and microwave 2 minutes. Cut in half and let cool. Dip tips of éclairs in the coconut butter (or melted chocolate). Drizzle white chocolate on top. Combine ingredients to make filling then spoon onto bottom halves of the éclairs. Replace the chocolate topped half on top of the filling and enjoy!
