What's better than pizza? Dessert pizza! and it's even better when it can be made in less than 10 minutes! the crust recipe can even be made vegan (sub included in the recipe).

² Ingredients

  •  2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  •  1 medium Egg (Whole)
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  0.3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
   

q Directions

5 minute personal dessert pizza - makes 1

Crust
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg*
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt*
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
*to keep it vegan you can use 1/2 cup pumpkin in place of egg and yogurt

Toppings
- 1 tbsp chocolate coconut butter
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cookie dough quest bar broken into pieces
- optional chocolate pumpkin seeds

Combine ingredients to make pizza crust. Use hands to combine all ingredients. Dough will be sticky so it may help to coat hands with some flour. Form dough into a pizza crust and Microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside. Top with toppings and enjoy!
