I used FitMiss Vanilla Chai Protein Powder, Peanut Flour, Raisins, bananas and oatmeal... So I had no clue what to call this wonderful moist protein loaf!

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Designer Whey French Vanilla Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Great Value 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Peanut Flour Defatted
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia Extract in the Raw
  •  1 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium) Dole Bananas
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Market Pantry Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Sun-Maid California Golden Raisins
   

q Directions

3/4C oat flour, 5 scoops FitMiss Vanilla Chai Protein Powder, 1/4C peanut flour, 1T stevia in the raw, 1t baking powder, 1/2t baking soda, 3 overripe bananas, 1/2C liquid egg whites, 1/4C cottage cheese, 1/2C raisins and coconut oil. In a #VitaMix grind all dry ingredients then set aside in a large bowl. Then blend all wet ingredients and mix with dry. Add raisins last then transfer to a loaf pan sprayed with coconut oil. Bake for 40mins at 350
