These chocolate pb cups have a little twist! they have cooked quinoa added to them to not only add some extra protein and fiber but also some great texture!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Crunchy (quinoa) chocolate pb cubs

Makes 2

Bottom layer
- 1 tbsp cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- sweetener to taste

Combine ingredients and mix well. Layer into 2 cupcake molds and freeze while you prepare your top layer:

Top layer
- 1 tbsp cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tbsp powdered pb (or regular peanut butter)
- optional sweetener to taste

Combine ingredients then layer on top of your bottom layer. Regular peanut butter works better in these so if you use powdered pb, be sure to add a little sweetener.

Freeze until solid. Enjoy
