Protein-packed pancakes with the refreshing flavours of ginger and lime (topped with papaya)

² Ingredients

  •  1 Juice of 1 wedge or slice Fresh Lime Juice
  •  1 tsp Ginger
  •  4 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Crystal Farms All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/8 tsp) Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) 365 Psyllium Husks
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 heaping tbsp) Source Naturals Pea Protein Powder
   

q Directions

Recipe:
-1 scoop pea protein
-1Tbs psyllium husk
-3/4c egg whites
-3/4c almond milk -3/4tsp baking soda
-stevia
-1tsp of grated ginger, ginger juice, lime juice, lime zest.

1. Grind psyllium husks into powder
2. Mix all ingredients together and make your pancakes

To make the syrup, I mixed walden farms calorie free pancake syrup with ginger juice
Top with papaya (or another fruit, blueberries would go well)

*macros don't include fruit
