q Directions

In a Bowl, Mix:

1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
1/2 TB Honey
1/2 Cup Almond Meal
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 of a Banana, mashed
1 TB Ground Flax Seed
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3/4 of a Black Plum, diced

Pre-Heat Oven at 350 degrees

Spoon batter into foil muffin molds
Stick about 1/4 of a teaspoon of Goat Cheese in the top
Bake for about 30 minutes
