PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA I LOVE PIZZA. Unfortunately, I can't ALWAYS indulge in the NYC slice of pizza I desire. This grilled "flatbread" pizza is the perfect option to satisfy my craving without any guilt!
Preheat grill pan
Spread homemade sauce on low carb tortilla, leaving room on the outside for a "crust."
Top with both shredded cheeses and the basil/spinach as desired.
Place on the grill plan for 4â€“8 minutes until crisped and melted to your liking! (You can also bake in the oven, but I love to use a grill plan so that the heat gets underneath the tortilla as well as on the top.)
Slice and devour warm!
Yields 1 pizza, 1/2 pizza = 1 serving.
