Super healthy high protein pancakes made with almond flour, egg whites and guanabana pulp

² Ingredients

  •  1 fl oz Soursop Nectar (Guanabana)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia Extract in the Raw
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 scoops) Nature's Best Perfect Zero Carb Isopure Whey Protein Isolate - Cookies & Cream
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Ground Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) My Essentials Large White Eggs
  •  1 serving (serving = 28 nuts) Blue Diamond Toasted Coconut Almonds
   

q Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth batter then spray pan with coconut oil and fry. Makes about 3 pancakes. Top with syrup of choice, preferably Walden Farms :)
