² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 2 oz) Boar's Head Black Forest Deli Ham
  •  6 medium Egg
  •  1/2 plum Tomatoes
  •  2 tbsp chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  6 dash Black Pepper
   

q Directions

Line each muffin mold with 1 slice of deli ham.

Crack a Medium Egg into each mold (on top of ham).

Sprinkle each with Tomatoes & Scallions.

Season with Black Pepper.
