² Ingredients

  •  1 snack size (4 oz) Applesauce Unsweetened
  •  1 tsp Baking Soda
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) LouAna Coconut Oil
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Morton Iodized Salt Seasoning
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Millville Old Fashioned Oats
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 egg) Best Choice Grade A Large Egg
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Cinnamon Chips
  •  8 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
  •  48 serving (serving = 1/2 tsp) Truvia Baking Blend
   

q Directions

Cinnamon Chip Cookies: Cream 1/4C coconut oil w/ 1/2C sweetener of choice. Add 1T vanilla extract then 1 large egg (room temperature) & continue to beat. In a VitaMix, grind 1/2C rolled oats into a flour. Add 1/4t salt, 1t baking soda & pulse to mix. Add 2C whole wheat flour & pulse to mix. Slowly add flour mixture to liquid mixture. Stir in 1/2C applesauce & mix well. Stir in 1/2C cinnamon chips. Spray a cookie sheet w/coconut oils. Roll into balls and flatten. Bake @350F for 12-15mins.
