Dash of garlic powder Dash of black pepper Dash of Cayenne pepper Dash of onion powder 1 egg white 1 chicken breast I used 1/4 cup oat flour for the breading, didn't end up using all of it just enough to cover chicken Dip chicken breast in egg white Then in oat flour seasoning mixture Bake in greased pan at 375 for 40 mins Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
