Healthy Chickpea Blondies

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1 can of chickpeas (drained, rinsed and fried)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup powdered stevia
100ml unsweetened almond milk.

Blend all the ingredients except the milk and chocolate chips. Then slowly add the milk until the mixture is thick and creamy (you might not need all the milk!). Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into a lined tin and bake at 200 degrees for around 15 minutes. Leave to cool and set.
