High fiber, low calorie, healthy pizza

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 wedge) Laughing Cow Light French Onion Cheese Wedges
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 pita) Joseph's Heart Healthy Pita Bread
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 18 shrimp) Trader Joe's Medium Cooked Shrimp Tail-off
  •  0.3 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Lucerne Fat Free Mozzarella
   

q Directions

Take out your high fiber Joseph's pita, fat free mozzarella, laughing cow wedge, frozen cooked shrimp, and baby spinach. Defrost and then dry the frozen shrimp and set it aside. Take the laughing cow cheese wedge and spread it on top of the pita, and then put on the 1/4 cup of fat free mozzarella. Next, put the baby spinach and shrimp on the pizza and then place it in the oven or toaster oven for a couple minutes on 350 degrees (keep it in longer if you want a crispy crust.)
