easy, nutrient rich high protein brownies

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, dry, yields Instant Oatmeal
  •  4 large Egg White
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 oz Dried Coconut (Shredded, Sweetened)
  •  8 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Fischer Honey Natural Pure Raw Honey
   

q Directions

blend all in the ingredients and pour over an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 mins .

Optional topping ideas : dark chocolate chips, dried fruits, nuts, coconut.
