A healthy high protein donut that reminds you of your favorite cannoli dessert. This donut is macro friendly and delicious!

q Directions

Mix together flours, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, stevia, baking soda, and baking powder. Add egg whites, almond milk, yogurt and vanilla. Pour mixture into 3 donut molds. I used my Wilton standard size donut pan and sprayed it with non stick spray. Bake for 10 minutes at 350f. While baking mix frosting ingredients (1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder, ricotta, and maple syrup) together and place in the fridge until donuts are done and cooled. Frost and sprinkle with chocolate chips! Enjoy!!
