healthy homemade pesto and parmesan meatballs

² Ingredients

  •  5 ounce Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat)
  •  2 tablespoon Pesto Sauce
  •  30 g Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  •  50 g Bread Crumbs
   

q Directions

500g lean steak mince
30g parmesan cheese
2tbsp basil pesto
50g breadcrumbs ( or blitz 2 slices of bread)

combined all of the ingredients together and form 8 meat balls
bake in the oven on 180C for 20-25 minutes

serve with pasta sauce
