One of mine and my sisters all time favorite foodsâ€¦ can you believe itâ€¦ PIZZA ROLLS!? WHAT? HOLY MOLY these are freakinâ€™ delicious! GAHHH! I CANNOT GET OVER THESE! Maybe one of my favorite all-time wonton wrapper recipes!!
Preheat oven to 350F. Sautee vegetables, garlic, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a skillet until cooked. Add sauce to vegetable mixture. Fill each wonton wrapper with about 2 tsp sauce mixture and 1 tsp mozzarella cheese. Fold into pizza roll shape and crimp edges to seal (See demo photo) Bake for 10-15 minutes, until browned.
NOTE: These are about 1.5xâ€™s as big as regular pizza rolls!
