Crispy, savory and so easy to make. Will take 10 minutes of your time and its figure friendly.

² Ingredients

  •  4 cup, chopped Kale
  •  1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
   

q Directions

Kale chips are my favorite and they only take 10 min to make them. Super easy. Wash kale and make sure you pat dry it very well. Now tear the kale into pieces not too small though. I used a big bunch. Then take 1/2 tbsp olive oil and massage it on the kale making sure you coat the peices nicely. The secret to crispy kale chips is to spread them away from each other in a single layer because you want them to get crispy. Sprinkle with a little salt. Preheat the oven to 400F and switch to broil on HI and broil on a middle rack for 10 min. Done. You will get super crispy yummy kales. Make them and dont forget to tag me so I can see.
