² Ingredients


q Directions

-Mix pancake ingredients (1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 serving Trader Joe’s multigrain pancake mix (just mix), 1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain nonfat,1 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla, half of the crushed graham crackers, 1 tbsp. granola, egg white, lime juice)
-Heat skillet with cooking coconut oil spray
-Cook pancakes 3 at a time, cooking on medium heat at 3 minutes each side
-Top pancakes with Key Lime Pie Arctic Zero
-Eat up!
