³ Description

If at any point in your life you have nuts you can have gourmet-fancy-pants nut butter for way cheaper than getting it at the store.

² Ingredients

  •  2 tablespoon 100% Maple Syrup
  •  16 oz Almonds
   

q Directions

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Roast roasted almonds for 8 minutes
-Place the almonds into the food processor beat to a meal
-Turn off scrape the sides of the processor and place meal in the middle
-Turn processor on again
-Eventually the blades will heat up almonds so much their natural oils will release and make the meal into a butter
-Keep scraping the sides of the bowl and pulsing the processor until the almond butter lumps and clumps into a big ball (45 min)
-Now you have delicious almond butter
-Store in the fridge for up to two weeks
-Enjoy on top of toast, waffles and in homemade almond butter cups
