An irresistible salty sweet combination!

² Ingredients

  •  1 cup Egg White
  •  1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 slices) Oscar Mayer Maple Bacon
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 pieces) Maple Grove Farms Maple Flavored Drops
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) 365 Organic Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
   

q Directions

Over medium heat in a small pot place ½ cup rolled oats with 1 cup of water (and dash of salt, optional). Bring to a heavy simmer, stirring frequently until most of the water has been absorbed by the oats. Reduce heat down to low and mix in 4 egg whites, stirring constantly for about 4 minutes. You will notice the egg whites will start to fluff a bit, become white, and the oatmeal will take on a thicker creamy consistency. Once the oatmeal has finished cooking, stir in 1 teaspoon maple extract. Next, pour into a bowl and top with a bacon strip, chocolate drizzle (Walden Farms) and enjoy!
