1. Mix cinnamon, stevia and Walden Farms Pancake Syrup with plain fat free greek yogurt.
2. Then caramelized apple slices in a pan with cinnamon and syrup, and then tossed around some flaxseeds in the same pan, adding a bit more syrup.
