hearty & nutritious egg muffins to keep you going through the day!

² Ingredients

  •  400 g Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat)
  •  4.5 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
  •  9 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Albertsons Reduced Fat Low Moisture Park Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  •  1 small (3" long) Young Green Onions
   

q Directions

400g extra lean ground beef
2 1/4 cup shredded red potatoes
2 1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup low fat mozza cheese
green onion for topping

1. prepare meat with seasoning and any vegggies you like. set aside
2. preheat oven to 350 and spray muffin tin. add 1/4c of potatoes to each tin and bake for about 10 or until golden brown. take out from oven
3. add 1/4 cup meat,then 1/4 cup egg whites, sprinkle cheese evenly and green onions to each tin
4. put back in oven for about 15-20 min
