² Ingredients

  •  1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes
  •  1 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 cup, cubes Yam (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled, Baked)
  •  1 oz, boneless, cooked, skinless Skinless Chicken Breast
  •  0.15 cup, slivered Almonds
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 leaves) Tone's Bay Leaves
  •  1/4 tsp, ground Oregano

1) Marinate Chicken
Spices;
Black pepper, onion powder, 2 bay leafs, leaf oregano, and Mrs. Dash salt free Extra Spicy
2) Prepare Salad Ingredients
3) Plate Salad Ingredients
4) Top Salad with cooked Chicken
