Show off your USA spirit with my coconut pancakes.

² Ingredients


q Directions

-Mix pancake ingredients (15g vanilla whey protein, 1 serving Trader Joe’s multigrain pancake mix (just mix), 1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain nonfat,1 tbsp almond milk unsweetened vanilla, egg white, coconut extract)
-Do the above steps again in another bowl
-Add red food dye to one bowl and blue food dye to the other
-Mix glaze (10g vanilla protein, 1 tbsp. fat free cream cheese, 4 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk, 1 packet Truvia) in another container and place in fridge
-Heat skillet with cooking coconut oil spray
-Cook pancakes 3 at a time, cooking on medium heat at 3 minutes each side
-Top pancakes with glaze from fridge and shredded coconut -Eat up!
