Clean treat for the sweet tooth!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Apple pie clean
Filling
1 Granny Smith apple
1 tbs honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sweetener of choice

Crust
70g wheat flour
1tsp olive oil
40ml low fat milk
1tbs sweetener of choice

Topping
2 tbs Quark or Greek yogurt
1/2 tbs sweetener of choice
Dash cinnamon

Mix crust ingredients together and roll out, cut strips off for top. Set aside strips and full muffin pan with crust. Cut apples in cubes for filling. Mix filling ingredients together and fill muffin pan. Add strips to top. Bake 200c for 25mins. Serve with Greek yogurt topping. Yum!
