A great way to switch up the standard morning oatmeal!
Mix all of the ingredients (the liquid stevia should be mint flavored, not regular). Pour into a sprayed bowl or ramekin and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Top with a mint cream (2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk, 8 mint flavor stevia drops, 2 drops green food coloring), chocolate brownie coconut butter, and raw cacao nibs.
