³ Description

You need this sandwich in your life. Seriously. :-) Instead of a sugar-filled, deep-fried, high fat sandwich full of empty calories, I give you a highly nutritious Monte Cristo. This is also sugar-free and competition-friendly as it packs a lot of protein and is extremely LOW CARB !

² Ingredients

q Directions

*Note* I couldn't find some exact ingredients while submitting this recipe so here is my exact list:

1 Whole Egg, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Coconut Flour, 2-3 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 4 Stevia Packets, 2 California Lifestyle Flax-Soy Bread, 56 oz Almond Cheese (Cheddar), 4 oz Deli Meat (I used Turkey Breast & Chicken Breast), Optional: Xylitol/Erythritol Optional: Sugar-free Maple Syrup

Directions: Mix egg, vanilla extract, almond milk & stevia packets in a bowl. Sift in coconut flour while continuously mixing, make sure there are no clumps. Put sandwich together & slice in half, then dip each half into the bowl. Spray a flat pan with butter/oil spray and cook on medium until cheese is melted. For “powdered sugar” put desired amount of xylitol or erythritol in a food processor and blend for a few seconds. Sprinkle over the sandwich. Serve with sugar-free maple syrup.. or real maple syrup for bulkers.
