² Ingredients

  •  1/2 lb Atlantic Salmon (Farmed)
  •  0.00625 cup Cilantro (Coriander)
  •  1/2 tsp Cumin
  •  1/2 tsp Paprika
  •  1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  1/4 tsp Allspice Ground
  •  1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
   

q Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil sprayed with healthy cooking spray
Combine all of the spices with the EVOO
Rub the spices over the salmon, pressing the spices into the meaty flesh
Roast the salmon for about 12 minutes until cooked through
