Cake. Healthy cake. Sprinkles. No baking necessary. It's fail proof. Okay maybe not, because I burnt the chocolate chips for the topping the first time around....
I input that I used Trader Joe's Cookie Butter, but I really used Biscoff (and couldn't find that in the ingredients options on this site... but either will work)
â—† 4 scoops COR-Fetti Cake Batter whey
â—† 3/4 c light almond milk
â—† 2 T milled flax seed
â—† 1/3 c Biscoff cookie spread (melted in microwave)
â—† 3 c traditional oats
â—† Topping = 3 tbsp chocolate chips (white or dark) microwaved for 30-40 sec with 1 tsp coconut oil.
I use a 'Dessert Bar Tray' that I found on Amazon, but you could do this in an 8x8 pan or muffin tins. Combine all ingredients, press into 12 bar molds, drizzle with chocolate topping (and sprinkles) & freeze for 1-2 hours. Store in freezer and thaw a few minutes before eating.
