Peanut butter anything is tasty - especially when it involves no baking and delicious fruit!

These tasty treats are filling, delicious and perfect for finger foods on a hot day!
No-Bake Peanut Butter Fruit Tarts:
Serving: 4 large tarts (or 8-10 mini tarts)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/8 cup shredded coconut
1/8 cup honey
3tbsp blueberries
3 large strawberries
1tsp natural peanut butter
1/2tsp coconut oil
Method:
Mix rolled oats, flour, peanut butter, coconut and honey. Separate dough into four even balls. Flatten each ball in palm of hand and place in a muffin tin. Put in freezer for 20 minutes. Take molds out of freezer and fill evenly with blueberries and strawberries (may add more fruit if you want!). Then mix 1tsp peanut butter with a touch of coconut oil and drizzle over cups. Finish them off with a touch of shredded coconut on each. Keep in fridge until consumption.
