Super easy and different way to enjoy a peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

q Directions

Recipe: mix 1,5 cup cooked plain #quinoa, 1/3 cup almond flour (ground almonds), 2 tbsp dark #chocolate chips. Separately mix 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter, 2-3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce and stevia to taste. Feel free to use honey or agave instead of stevia. Now combine wet and dry ingredients well and shape cookies. Put in fridge to firm up or freezer if you are in a hurry Enjoy.
