² Ingredients

  •  1 medium Zucchini
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Peanut Flour Defatted
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's Honey Roasted Peanuts
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Maranatha All Natural Creamy Almond Butter
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 scoop) About Time Whey Protein Isolate
  •  1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
   

q Directions

Combine all ingredients except for the honey roasted peanuts in a magic bullet. Add 1/2 tsp each baking powder and baking soda and a pinch of salt. Pour batter evenly into 8 muffin tins and top with the peanuts! bake for about 40 minutes. (time may vary)
