q Directions

Banana oatmeal muffins as easy as 1-2-3! Mash one very ripe medium sized banana, add one whole egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder and whisk everything well. Then add 2/3 cup of oats, raisins and some walnuts. Leave the batter to thicken up a little. For about 10-15 min. Dont add more oats. Then bake at 350 for 15-17 min! I love to eat these warm! Same batter can be used to make cookies! Enjoy 😘😘😘
