A simplified sandwich that isn't time consuming! Full of flavour and taste!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tbsp Black Pepper
  •  1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Scallions or Spring Onions
  •  2 tbsp Chives (Freeze Dried)
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 oz) Lucerne Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Ocean's Flaked White Tuna in Water
  •  1 oz, raw, yields Red Onions
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Spice Classics Garlic Powder
  •  3 serving (serving = 1 slice) Silver Hills Gluten Free Chia Chia Bread
   

q Directions

Mix everything except the cheese, bread and garlic powder in a bowl. Preheat oven to 350. Mix tuna ingredients and build up sandwich. Let bake for 7-10 mins and serve immediately and enjoy
