  •  1 regular slice Whole Wheat Bread
  •  3/4 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned)
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 medium avocado) Calavo Avocado
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Kroger Home Style Pasta Sauce - Tomato & Basil

Wow, how something so simple can taste so AMAZING?! Here is what I did: toast a slice of whole wheat bread and spread a thin layer of hummus. Sprinkle a little bit of cumin. Top the hummus with romaine lettuce and homemade tomato sauce (tomato and garlic cooked together), 1/4 cup chickpeas, avocado and red onions. I swear this tasted SO yummy. Perfect combination.
