A quick, simple, clean, healthy, and DELICIOUS dessert with only 2 ingredients!

² Ingredients

  •  1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
   

q Directions

Place 1 frozen banana and 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter in blender, and blend until smooth!

Note: Sometimes best to let banana sit out of freezer for a few minutes before blending. If it is too thick, you can also add a touch of milk or yogurt.

Options: Add toasted unsweetened coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, stir in chopped nuts or dark choco chips, or even add a liqueur like frangelico or baileys!
