If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you're going to love these yummy "raweos". Delicious, creamy peanut butter filling stuffed between two raw chocolate, oat "cookies". Perfection!

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 22 pieces) Snak Club Raw Almonds
  •  2 serving (serving = 5-6 dates) Dole California Whole Pitted Dates
  •  4 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Baker's Corner Baking Cocoa
  •  1/4 cup, mashed Cooked Pumpkin
  •  0.3 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Whole Foods Market Natural Peanut Butter
   

q Directions

Peanut butter cream stuffed raweos - makes 5-6 sandwiches

Raweos
1 cup oats
1/3 cup almonds
10-12 softened dates
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup baked pumpkin or sweet potatoes

Pb filling
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/8 cup natural peanut butter

Combine rawreo ingredients in a food processor until mixture starts to clump together (about 2-3 minutes). Form into equal sized Cookie shapes the set aside and mix your filling. Spoon filling inbetween each sandwich. Let chill in fridge to set then enjoy!
