Easy and very healthy. One of the Best ways to get 2-3 cups of spinach in.

² Ingredients

  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) Wasa Multi Grain Crackers
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  2 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
   

q Directions

Super healthy and easy. I steamed 2 cups of spinach and chopped it. Press out extra liquid. Then simply add enough greek yogurt to mix the spinach, sea salt and either fresh garlic or garlic powder. Mix and eat as a dip or like me on a cracker. Whole wheat pita would match great too.
